To access the area of the Piazza del Duomo, you can use the Malpensa Express train from Malpensa Airport to the main station in Milano Centrale which is about 45 Km. To use this express train, you have to set aside about € 10. Actually, there are other alternative is to use taxis which can be easily found outside the airport, but you have to spend more for a longer journey.

If you do choose through the streets to be able to see the beauty of the city of Milan, it is better to use red public bus, which can be accessed from near Milano Malpensa Airport at a cost of € 4.5 for the package 24 hours, or a total of € 3 for one-way trip.
