Grand Central Station is a train station which is located at 87 E 42nd Street, Midtown Manhattan, New York. Grand Central Station has 67 railroads and 26 of which are underground. Size of Grand Central Station reached 19 hectares, this makes it the largest railway station in the world.

The station serves train ride from the Metro-North Railroad to Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess in the New York area as well as Fairfield and New Haven in Connecticut. World travel magazine Travel + Leisure called the Grand Central Station as “the world’s number six most visited tourist attraction” for the grandeur and sophistication.

Upon entering the Grand Central Station, you will be in a spacious room measuring 84 meters x 37 meters. Then look large American flag that hung in the middle of the room as a symbol of the hardness of the post-September 11, 2001.

Outside the station, there is a giant clock which is decorated with statues of figures of Greek mythology, namely Minerva, Hercules and Mercury. A timepiece is very iconic and became the trademark of Grand Central Station.

For those of you who want to visit Grand Central Station by public transport, you can use the subway 4, 5, 6, 7 and lane S. Alternatively, you can also use the bus M101, M102, M103, M1, M2, M3, M4, Q32 and M42.
