Muslims must have been very familiar with the Holy Land of Mecca, a city which not only sanctified by man, but by God. Allah has made Mecca a haram soil since the creation of the heavens and the earth. Called the “haram” because of the region apply various provisions that are forbidden.

Why Mecca called the holy city?

1. There is Baitullah, which is a Qibla for Muslims around the world

So it must be maintained sanctity of the things that are forbidden to do in this land. Kaaba development has been done since the time of Prophet Adam.
